The Down Creek Condos and Marina offer luxurious, harbor front accommodations located in the heart of Ocracoke Village.

Condos offer 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths featuring a whirlpool tub in the full bathroom. Condo D103 offers an additional bonus room with futon. The Down Creek Condos feature granite countertops, hardwood and tile floors. The upper level features cathedral ceilings. Standard features include wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, cable TV’s, DVD, phone, central AC/heat and ceiling fans. The exteriors offer a screened porch.

Complimentary deep water boat slip with water, electric, and cable may be available with units D101 and D103. Boat slips are available on a first come first serve basis with advance registration only, at time of reserving condo. Condos D101 and D102 accommodate 4 people and condo D103 accommodates 6 people. Parking for 2 vehicles per condo.

Enjoy a full week of relaxation or a partial week stay. Partial week stays (3 night minimum can be booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date).
