The Down Creek Condos and Marina offer luxurious, harbor front accommodations located in the heart of Ocracoke Village.
Both condos offer 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths featuring a whirlpool tub in the full bathroom. Condo D103 offers an additional bonus room with futon.
The Down Creek Condos feature granite countertops, hardwood and tile floors and cathedral ceilings on the upper level. Standard features include wireless internet connection, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, cable TV’s, DVD, phone, central AC/heat and ceiling fans. The exteriors offer a screened porch.

Condo D101 accommodates 4 people and condo D103 accommodates 6 people.
Parking for 2 vehicles per condo. Non smoking. No pets allowed.
Both condos will accept partial week stays (3 night minimum booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date). Please call our office at 1-877-646-2822 to book your partial week stay at the Down Creek Condos.
