Tentative Reservations for Next Year

Current year guests of Ocracoke Island Realty are given the first opportunity to "reserve" the same house for the same week(s) the following year. Simply fill out the Vacation Club form that you will find in your check in packet and turn it in before you check out. There is a $30 (includes tax) non refundable fee. This fee can be paid by cash, personal check, Master Card or Visa. Please note that this fee is not credited toward your next year’s reservation.

If you are interested in a different home or different week next year, or if you have not stayed with us this year, you may still make a tentative reservation. If this year’s guest does not exercise their option to "pre-reserve" the same house/same week(s) for the following year, the week(s) is then open for booking. Reservations will be taken on a first come basis. This may be done the Tuesday following your preferred departure date by calling our office at 877-646-2822 between 9 AM and 5 PM. A payment of the $30 fee will be due immediately by Master Card or Visa only.

To accommodate guests with multiple week reservations, there is a two (2) week delay in viewing next year’s availability online. Inquiries and bookings within that timeframe are welcomed by calling our office.

These Tentative Reservations are contingent upon the following:

• The home must be in our rental program next year
• The owner must make the weeks available
• We cannot guarantee a rate as owners have not set rates for next year
• Property descriptions may vary from year to year
• Your tentative reservation fee is due at the time of booking

If the week is not available for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and help you find another home or choose a different week. If your plans have changed and you will not be renting the home you have tentatively reserved please call us as soon as you know this so we can open up the week for another guest.

We will do our best to provide the accommodations you have requested. Confirmations, including a rental agreement with new rates and reserved dates will be sent to you via email and/or mail in late Fall.
