Spectacular 360 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean, Portsmouth Island and the Ocracoke Lighthouse. Sunrises and sunsets are amazing. This reversed floorplan home has all 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Large open living room, kitchen and dining area on second floor to take advantage of lovely marsh views. Lots of windows let in the sunshine and warm sea breezes! Relax and read a book, or listen to the sounds of nature on either of the two screened porches. The first floor screened porch is off the king bedroom and the second floor off the living area. Table and chairs on the roof top deck for comfort - what a great spot for a snack or light meal!
3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 1 bedroom w/King, 1 bedroom w/Queen, and 1 bedroom with (2) sets of pyramid bunkbeds (3/4 on bottom and twin size on top). 2 Baths.
 Amenities include wireless internet service, free domestic long distance service, 4 cable TV's, VCR/DVD. Central AC/heat, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.
The exterior offers an outdoor hot/cold shower, gas/charcoal combination grill, picnic table, rooftop deck, 2 screened porches and decks. Covered parking.
For recreation, enjoy boogie boards and 2 kayaks. Kayak access to the sound is about 50-70 yards behind the house through the tall grass to a canal - it will take you right to the sound!
No Linens. NO PETS. No Smoking Please. Maximum 8 people, including children. Limit of 3 vehicles.
