Additional amenities include iron/ironing board, hair dryers, book library and board games/puzzles.
The exterior offers a hot/cold outdoor shower, screened porch, decks, fish cleaning bench, park style charcoal grill and docking. Boat dockage at this property is located on the inner side of the canal bridge. Height clearance may be limited, dependant upon individual boat height. Art-Sea offers a * HOT TUB which is available for a $100 FEE that is included in the accommodations grand total. Guests may contact Ocracoke Island Realty at the time of booking to decline this amenity. Your rental agreement will be adjusted accordingly.
