Additional amenities include iron and ironing board, clock radios and 2 hair dryers.
The exterior offers screened porches and decks including deck swings, picnic tables and hammock. Hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill and park style charcoal grill, fish bench and covered parking.
Linens provided. No Pets. No Smoking. Maximum 9 people, including children.
PARTIAL CITY WATER. Home has city water with the exception of 1 ½ baths which have filtered and chlorinated harvested rainwater which could be limited during extreme drought conditions.
