This comfortable two bedroom, two bath cottage offers a spacious open kitchen, living and dining area with cathedral ceilings and access to either of the connected screened porches.

Two Bedrooms. Two Baths. One bedroom w/Queen bed (private bath with shower/tub), One bedroom w/ 2 Twin beds.

Amenities include wireless internet service, 3 cable TV's, including a flat screen with DVD in living area and a TV in each bedroom. Central heat/air, ceiling fans, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stereo with CD and phone.

For your outdoor enjoyment, the cottage offers a front and rear deck and two adjoining screened porches, outdoor hot/cold shower, park service style charcoal grill and fish bench.

Linens Provided (sheets and towels).

DOG FRIENDLY (maximum 1 dog allowed). No additional pet fee.

No Smoking. Maximum 4 people, including children. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Partial week stays of less than a week (3 night minimum) are welcomed at this Outer Banks vacation rental and may be booked within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date. Beach Therapy was the best rental we have ever had! Comfortable, perfect size, well appointed. We would love to stay here again, and will highly recommend Ocracoke Island Realty and this property! Thanks for a relaxing Thanksgiving week.

We love the location, not in the middle of everything, but close enough. The house is just perfect for our family of 4 with 1 dog! Not too fancy, but not too shabby either! Each year we see improvements to the property - some small some bigger and always an improvement - but it is nice to see that changes are constant and is a one of the main reasons we are not even looking for a different house to stay in. (in previous years, we would immediately look for different house -- so glad we stumbled upon this one a few years ago!). -- Christopher
