Description Welcome to 'Blue Heaven.' This charming cottage is located at the end of a quiet lane in a secluded residential area of Ocracoke Island. Blue Heaven features an open floor plan with dining table for four to six guests and bar seating for two. Relax on a deck off of either the dining area or kitchen. French doors in the living area enter onto a screened porch.
Enjoy two second floor bedrooms, 1 with a King bed and 1 with a set of Twins. The living area offers a Queen size sleeper sofa. 1 full bathroom with shower only and a second floor bath with claw foot tub.
Amenities include central AC/Heat, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, iron, dishwasher, microwave, three cable TV's, two with VCR and DVD, VHS library and board games/puzzles. Hair dryer and iron.
The exterior offers two decks, screened porch, deck furniture including wooden porch swing, hammock swing, picnic table, outdoor hot/cold shower, fish cleaning bench, gas grill and small charcoal grill.
No pets. No Smoking. NO Phone. Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit of 3 vehicles.
This home does not provide linens. Linens, bikes, beach gear and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Please visit "Beach Outfitters Rentals" under our Rentals tab.
Partial week stays of less than a week (3 night minimum) are welcomed at this Outer Banks vacation home and may be booked within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date. Blue Heaven was a wonderful house, and probably the cleanest beach house I've ever rented. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, and pleasantly surprised that the home was even nicer than it appeared online. We loved the house and hope to return to it next year. We love your beautiful home. It is so cozy and comfortable! We especially like the restored and vintage pieces, like the upstairs bath and tub, sink and beaded board ceilings and eves. It is charming. The kitchen is a delight and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch. Your garden is also beautiful and we love the extra little touches like the lights and lamps.
