 Welcome to Blue Skies located in Ocracoke's newest community, Pamlico Point. This beautiful home, newly constructed in 2011, is one of the closest homes to Ocracoke's spectacular beaches.

Its reverse floor plan has the bedrooms on the first floor and a spacious open living area on the upper level. The second floor vaulted ceilings offer an open airy feel complimented by the home's beautiful furnishings and casual, classic coastal decor. Strategically placed windows provide unparalled views of nature, the salt marsh and distant Pamlico Sound.

Three Queen Beds and one Daybed w/Trundle. The first floor offers four bedrooms: two master bedrooms with a private bath and queen bed. The third queen bedroom features a private covered porch. A cozy fourth bedroom with daybed w/trundle (2 twins) could be used as an office by day. There is a third bathroom located off the first floor hallway.

Centrally located, you will be a short bike ride to restaurants, a grocery store, and the nearby beach access.

There are many outdoor decks and porches for your enjoyment; including an open deck off the living area, a private covered porch off the bedroom, a welcoming front porch and a spacious screened porch located off the kitchen with a spiral staircase leading to an open deck with amazing panoramic views of the distant ocean, lighthouse, sound and nearby Southpoint Road. Each offer an outdoor escape, a place to gather with family or a quiet space to enjoy a good book or savor your morning coffee. Enjoy a sunrise over the Atlantic or a spectacular Ocracoke sunset all without leaving your home.

Amenities include wireless internet access, five cable TV's (including two 47"), 4 DVD players and 1 Blu-Ray DVD Player. Playstation 3. Five CD players.

Blue Skies welcomes reservations of partial week stays, three night miminum, which may be booked within two weeks of the arrival date. You may either call the office at 877-646-2822 to book your partial week stay or you may book online under the nightly tab on this property page.

No Smoking. No Pets. Maximum 8 people, including children. Maximum 4 vehicles.

For your convenience, there is also an outdoor hot/cold shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning station.
