Guests have access to one of two deep water boat slips. Option of either a 46' x 16' standard boat slip or a 30' slip with 16,000 lb boat lift (option of one slip). Both slips offer electric, water, and cable TV hookup.
Additional amenties include shared heated swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. A Conference Room is located on the second floor of the poolhouse. It has an Internet-ready computer and printer. There is wireless internet access within Castle Villa I. Relaxation is taken to a new level with an on-staff masseuse (additional charge, appointment necessary). Three stories with three bedrooms: 2 w/King, 1 w/set of Bunk beds and Double bed.
Also a youth room/loft area w/2 twins and a sleeper sofa in the living room. 3.5 baths, a large well-equipped kitchen, 3rd floor sitting area with wet bar and ice maker, an entertainment center complete with cable TV/VCR/DVD and CD player, central AC/heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans, microwave, telephone, and a screened porch.
