 This small, cozy and affordable cottage is the perfect answer to a family friendly vacation on Ocracoke. Once offered as a fishing cottage, it is now updated while maintaining it's original charm. Located near the Ocracoke Lighthouse, Caswell Williams is within walking distance of Silver Lake Harbor and the Springer's Point Nature Preserve.

For larger families or friends, the James Williams Cottage is conveniently located right next door.

2 bedrooms; each with a double bed. 1 bath with a shower only.

Amenities include AC unit in living room and one bedroom, heat, ceiling fans. 2 cable TV's, VCR, telephone, microwave and wafflemaker. No dishwasher or washer/dryer.

The exterior offers a small screened porch, hot/cold outside shower, shared charcoal grill and a shared fish cleaning bench with water and lighting.

No Pets Allowed. Linens provided. No Smoking. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer. Maximum 4 people, including children. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Partial stays of less than a week (3 night minimum) are welcomed and may be booked within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date. You may either call the office at 877-646-2822 to book your partial week stay or you may book online under the nightly tab on this property page.
