Ocracoke Island rental unit. Lower level suite with fantastic views of Silver Lake harbor. Across the street from Silver Lake. Watch the fishermen, boaters and kayakers from your front deck. Easy access for the avid kayaker. Conveniently located, a short walking distance to village shopping. Picnic table, front porch and rear screened porch add to your outside pleasures.

There are two sleeping areas. One bedroom with Queen and Twin bed. There is a second room with Queen bed in the living area, kitchen. Two full baths.

Amenities include microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and gas stove with oven, phone, phone, 2 cable TVs, 2 DVD's, ceiling fans, screened porch, and SHARED Washer/Dryer. Laundry room is attached to building. No dishwasher.

Air conditioning is provided by 2 window AC units in addition to fans. The bedroom has baseboard heater, plus space heaters for chilly spring and fall nights.

Sheets and Towels Provided.

Pets welcome - no pet fee (maximum 2 pets). Smoking Allowed.

Maximum 5 people, including children. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Partial stays of less than a week are welcomed and may be booked within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date. You may either call the office at 877-646-2822 to book your partial week stay or you may book online under the nightly tab on this property page.
