DescriptionCreek Road Cottage is a bright and cheerfully decorated cottage offering a convenient walk or bike ride to Silver Lake Harbor, shopping and waterfront dining. Enjoy convenient access to the Ocracoke Lighthouse and all the activities of "downtown Ocracoke" yet located in a quiet neighborhood, set back on a private drive, providing additional privacy.
This 3 bedroom cottage offers 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed and 1 bedroom with a set of Bunk beds. 1 full bathroom with tub/shower and one half bathroom. Amenities include central AC/H, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, wireless internet access, telephone, answering machine, 2 cable TV's, 2 DVD's and 1 VCR, Cinemax and HBO, VHS and DVD library, wireless internet access, iPod speaker system and stereo with CD. Additional amenities include book library, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
The exterior offers a generous enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, screened porch and deck, charcoal grill, fish cleaning bench and two picnic tables.
Dogs welcome - no pet fee (MAXIMUM 2 dogs). No Linens. No Smoking. Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit of 3 vehicles.

We loved everything about Creek Road Cottage. It was comfortable and inviting. Every amenity possible was there. We enjoyed spending the early morning with coffee on the front porch and eating dinner on the open & airy screened-in porch. Our dog Lily spent hours on the porch listening to the sounds of nature and chasing little green lizards - all of this unique to a "city" dog used to nothing but asphalt and concrete.
We chose this location because of its proximity to the harbor and the nearby shops. Everything was walkable or bikeable and that was what we wanted. We'll be back! -- The Zerbes

We are leaving tomorrow and are already sad! This is an absolutely beautiful house. Even the sun hits at a perfectly great angle! My sister in law and I have 2 children each and all six of us go on a 'cousins trip' every year. This was the perfect home. The outdoor shower is great. Lots of history here to enjoy and appreciate. Bike riding, beach, sunsets, kayaking, etc. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy. --

This is the second year in a row the four of us have stayed at Creek Road Cottage. It is delightful and furnished with everything one could want. Ocracoke has become our destination for Spring Break. We had a wonderful week at Creek Road Cottage. You went above and beyond in your renovations. The cottage is cute and cozy. I spent many a morning and evening in the screened porch. We have stayed at several other homes on the island and not one measured up to this one. There was not a single amenity missing! We were also thrilled to bring our four legged children with us. The cottage is charming and comfortable. Started the pirate shop jigsaw today. The bedding is luxurious and way above the norm at rentals. Can tell a lot of thought and care was put into this place.
