The many trees offer a filtered veil of privacy and the boat dock in Silver Lake Harbor just adds to the package.
This well designed home includes 4 bedrooms: (1) w/King, (2) w/Queen and (1) w/bunk (2 Twins). 2 baths.
Large decks, central AC/heat, washer/dryer, large Florida room, dining room, fireplace (in season), 55' satellite TV in living area, cable TV, personal computer with high speed DSL connection, phone, stereo/CD player, DVD/VCR, VHS and book library and games.
