All cedar wood post and beam construction and very private yard is only the beginning; the ground floor is a completely screened open-air living area with an efficiency kitchen. Second and third floors offer upfront marsh and sound views.

Amenities include central A/C and heat, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, telephone, color cable TV, VCR/DVD, microwave and washer/dryer. No Dishwasher.
The exterior offers a large hot/cold outside shower, screened porch, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench.

Mike, Jaime, Harper, Steven, Jr., Judy, Johnny and Devann all agree this was a great vacation with a great view and a great place to be. We caught 9 crabs, 7 fish, and about 30 minnows. There was fun every minute. --

We spend the week of October 12-19 here @ "Cuttin Sage". What an awesome house! We brought our boat and we did some fishing and boating. We took a trip to Portsmouth Island, but the mosquitoes over took us, so we went swimming offshore. Patrick and I went fishing. Caught my first flounder. Patrick went surf fishing the first day, while the kids played in a tidal pool. They had a great time. Patrick caught a ray. The kids got to spend some quality time with their Papa and Grandma this week. We love Ocracoke!
