3 bedrooms all located on the first floor include 1 with a Queen sized bed and private bath. A second bedroom with a Queen sized bed and another bedroom with 2 Twins share a bath with a shower only. A sleeper sofa in living room on the second floor adds an additional sleeping area. Pack-N-Play.

The second floor offers an open living room, dining room, kitchen and den area. Full bathroom. Hardwood and tile floors throughout. A furnished sun deck expands your lving area to the outdoors.

3 full baths total (one with a shower only).

Partial City Water. This home has City Water throughout with the exception of 1 bathroom which has filtered and chlorinated harvested rainwater which could be limited during extreme drought conditions.

Linens are not provided. 1 Dog is Allowed and No Puppies Please. NO-SMOKING Please.

Doc's Holiday accomodates a Maximum of 8 people, including children. Parking is Limited to 2 vehicles.
