Harbor View's village location offers a short walk to local shops and restaurants.
A 42' deep water boat slip with water, electric and cable may be available by prior arrangement only. There is an additional $100 dockage fee (3-7 nights).
This luxurious unit offers a reverse floor plan, enhancing the waterfront experience. Both bedrooms and the entire open floor plan of the second floor are located harbor front. Water views from every room! Enjoy the creative beauty of local original artworks throughout the living space.
Two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, 1 full bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. An additional ½ bath is located on the second floor.
Other features include gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender. Three flat screen TVs with premium cable service and DVD. The living area features a 32" flat screen TV and there is a flat screen TV in each bedroom. Wireless internet access and free unlimited domestic long distance service. Enjoy the DVD, CD and book library while relaxing in an environment enhanced by artwork by both local and regional artists. The living area TV/stereo/CD offers connection for an iPod. The screened porch offers both a dining table and tiki bar with seating.
The lovely upscale interior offers granite countertops with hardwood and tile floors throughout. Central heat and air, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, iron and iron board.

We stayed at Down Creek Condo and loved it. The layout was great and the details were even better, like the art-work and the knives that actually work! It was sweet coming back to Ocracoke after a few years and we will surely return. We also got some treasures from the gallery downstairs and flash froze some Spanish Mac which we will enjoy soon. Lastly which should be first, the people of Ocracoke were as kind as ever, even under pressure from thousands of stressed out tourists (myself included). On our first night we ran out of propane and called in a non emergency.......the next thing I know (at night) we see headlights,and someone is setting up a reserve tank. That's Ocracoke Island Realty....Thank Ocracoke Island Realty for a fine stay start to finish. -- Scott Hargreaves
