DescriptionVenture down the private drive to Faraway Oaks, located directly on a canal in Sound Shores. This home is in a secluded location, surrounded by trees and lush vegetation. The interior of this unique home features an eclectic mix of tile, exposed brick, wood and glass with a decorative (non working) fireplace in the living area. Open kitchen, living and dining areas offer canal and distant sound views. Off of the living area is a sunroom which leads to a generous canalfront deck.
First floor bedroom with King bed and second floor with 1 King (can be converted to 2 twins) along with an adjoining room with two sets of Bunks. The two adjoining sleeping areas and one bathroom on the second floor are accessible by a very steep set of staggered stairs (please see photo). Two bathrooms.
Amenities include central AC/heat, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 cable TVs, 1 VCR, 2 DVDs, wireless internet access, phone, answering machine and stereo/CD. Additional amenities include iron and ironing board, clock radios, book library, 2 baby gates and a small assortment of video tapes and games.
The exterior offers a deck with built in seating, picnic table, boat dockage, enclosed two car garage, fish cleaning bench and outdoor shower.
