This 3 bedroom cottage offers 2 bedrooms each with a King bed and 1 bedroom with a Pyramid bed (double on bottom/single on top). The loft offers a queen futon. 2 full bathrooms.

Amenities include central AC/H, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, wireless internet access, telephones with free domestic long distance service, answering machine, cable service. Four (4) high definition TV's including one large screen TV and three flat panels, two with VCR/DVD's. Nintendo Wii and stereo with iPod speaker system. Video and book library. Gas log fireplace (off season from October 1 - April 1 only). Game table and chairs.

Additional amenities include child friendly features including 2 baby gates, high chair, 2 booster seats, pack-n-play and toys/games. Clock radios, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, clothes line, griddle, waffle maker, blender, and additional kitchen supplies.

The exterior offers a large open deck, three screened porches and a rooftop deck offering amazing views. Deck furniture including a hammock and picnic table. Outdoor hot/cold shower with foot wash, park style charcoal grill, fish cleaning bench and dog run.

Maximum 2 Small Dogs. $100 Pet Fee.

No Linens. No Smoking. Maximum 8 people, including children. Limit of 4 vehicles.

Partial week stays of less than a week (3 night minimum) are welcomed at this Ocracoke vacation home and may be booked within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date. We were very pleased with the house and all it had to offer. Movie selection, Wii games, books, wine cooler and washer/dryer. The top crow's nest deck was our favorite location. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

This is our 8th year at Ocracoke and part of the fun is staying in a different house each year. We love the location of Flip Flops. This is our favorite area of the island and the views from the decks are amazing! My favorite room is the sun room off of the bedroom. It is perfect for a reading area and a "time out" from the kids.
