Ford Cottage features a first floor living area and second floor great room with cathedral ceilings, wet bar with mini refrigerator, half bath, and a balcony providing a wonderful view of the marsh. The open kitchen, dining and living areas offer additional space for family gatherings or entertaining. The first floor is further enhanced by a generous screened porch and deck. Lovely pine floors throughout.

Three bedrooms: (1) w/King, (2) w/2 Twins, 1 full bath and (2) ½ baths.

Central AC/heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, 2 cable TV's, VCR, 2 DVD's, wireless internet access, telephone with unlimited domestic long distance service, washer/dryer, microwave, waffle maker and dishwasher. Iron and ironing board.

The exterior offers a large deck area plus screened porch with picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower w/dressing area and fish cleaning bench.

No Linens. No Pets. No Smoking. Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Ford Cottage welcomes reservations of partial week stays, three night miminum, which may be booked within two weeks of the arrival date. You may either call the office at 877-646-2822 to book your partial week stay or you may book online under the nightly tab on this property page.
