Just outside your front door you will enjoy a private 11'X 29' pool available May 15th - October 15th, 2012. The pool area offers a fully furnished deck, * hot tub and a gas grill.
This large 4 bedroom home offers wonderful opportunities for family gatherings, entertaining or simply relaxing. Gemini is available for small weddings, reunions or other gatherings, with prior arrangement.
Enjoy an island gathering at Gemini with the privacy of two separate residences. Offering a total maximum occupancy of 13 people, this unique property features a large living and dining area in the main house where the entire family can gather.
When you prefer to escape, both the interior and exterior offer plenty of private areas to get away. Gemini and Gemini Bungalow are separated by a breezeway and come together at both the outdoor pool area and waterside deck.
The main house offers the convenience of single story living with two comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom offers 2 Queen beds and an attached private bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and semi private bath with shower that can also be accessed via the bar area. Both generous sized bedrooms offer a TV, walk-in closest and access to a canal front deck.
A large sun room on the waterfront offers comfortable extended living area with water views. The sun room is a perfect place for reading a good book. By night, the sunroom offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Twin Day Bed. For additional bedding options, a Queen Sleeper Sofa is offered in the living area.
The Bungalow of Gemini offers the privacy of a separate living space including a second floor open living, dining and kitchen with a canal front deck. The second floor of the Bungalow also has bedroom with Queen bed and hallway bathroom with shower. Located on the first floor of the Bungalow is a master bedroom featuring 2 Queen Size Beds, full bath with shower and laundry area.
Your accommodations offer the convenience of two fully stocked and well-equipped kitchens including 2 dishwashers and 2 microwaves, 2 laundry areas with washer/dryer, 5 Satellite TV's, 2 VCR's, 3 DVD's, Nintendo Wii, stereo, phones and wireless internet throughout. The main house also has a gas fireplace which is available off season only.
This is truly a unique house whether your vacation plans include boating, relaxing in the pool or hot tub after a day at the beach or simply enjoying Gemini's special location.
There is deep water docking for two boats. Two outside hot/cold showers, open decks, 2 fish cleaning benches, a 2 person hot tub, swimming pool, 1 gas grill and 2 single person kayaks.
All linens are provided. No pets. No Smoking. Maximum of 13 people, including children. Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

This property may also be available for small events with prior permission only. Please call the office to make arrangements. Additional event fees do apply.
Partial stays available during spring and fall seasons only. 3 night minimum, booked within 2 weeks of arrival dates. Please call for reservations of partial week stays.
In the event that both Gemini and the Bungalow are not booked within 3 weeks of the arrival date, the main house and bungalow may be booked separately. Please call our office for details.
