Testimonials August 2010 We had a great time learning more about Ocracoke's history. Our bike rides were great as were our daily beach trips. Thank you for having such a child friendly house and a great library about Ocracoke! We think the improvements made on the house (since last summer) were fantastic! Thanks! -- Jen, Jay & Julianna Stier
August 2010 Weather was great! We went to the beach every day, followed by a chocolate ice-cream every afternoon. We saw dolphins, surfers, kite-surfers, horse-shoe crabs, mole crabs, sand dollars and many more. Loved the village, the relaxed atmosphere, the porch, the rooster, the cottage and the child friendliness! We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up extending it! Our boys particularly loved the box of toys and extensive children's video collection and play station. -- Alex, Simon, Lucas & Gabriel
July 2010 The weather was beautiful! The beach was windy but comfortable. We enjoyed seeing ghost crabs at night on the beach, charter fishing. We also ate really well while we were here. This is a beautiful home-perfect to relax in after a day on the beach. So many amenities, nicely furnished! We will be back time and time again! -- Mark & Jessica Harrison Mike & Mich Roberts
July 2010 We enjoyed going to the beach, riding bikes around town, went to Portsmouth Island, spending quality time with our family. Our last night here we went to the beach. It was very, very dark…however…when we walked in the sand it glowed in the dark-it was cool! The kids loved it! The 4th of July parade was great. We have been coming to Ocracoke for the past 10 years and so far this has been by far the best equipped and comfortable place we've every stayed in yet. Thank you for thinking of everything and sharing your piece of paradise with us! -- Andrea, Eric, Wesley & Emilee
July 2010 Mostly we soaked in Ocracoke; the people, the town, the beaches, this cozy cottage! Thanks for sharing your space with us. We could not have been in better hands! We really enjoyed the libraries, books and kids movies! Perfect weather! -- The Mullenberg Family
July 2010 Riding bikes, hitting the beach, eating at local restaurants everyday, watching the sunset & relaxing! Plus playing Bingo @ the Fire Department-nice treat! It was possible to relax and be stress free for at least a week! We enjoyed the entertainment system. Thanks for sharing your great cottage, it is convenient to everything. -- Lester & Vincent Lowe
June 2010 The weather was absolutely perfect while we were here. We enjoyed going to the beach, shopping and several trips to Springer's Point. We also enjoyed eating out every night. We have been coming to Ocracoke for almost 10 years but his was the first trip with our daughter (20 months old). We loved watching her explore the beach and ocean. We have so many great pictures from our visit. Looking forward to next year, thanks for sharing you beautiful home with us! We loved, loved, loved your cottage! -- Geoff, Patty & Sophia Green

December 2009 We drove out on the beach and found some nice seashells. August 2009 The weather was excellent! We loved driving on the beach, riding our bikes and flying our kite. The very friendly black cat (who appreciates food) has been named Howard Garrish O'Neal to celebrate Ocracoe's founding families! What a great house for a family with a little one. The toys were a hit as well as the trundle bed! -- Jen, Jay, and Julianna Stier
