This popular Ocracoke vacation cottage is great for family vacations or couples. Raised above ground level, this cottage offers covered parking underneath with both an exterior stairway and access ramp offering easy access and wheel chair accessibility. Enjoy the convenient walking distance to the Ocracoke Coffee House, Silver Lake Harbor, village shops and the library.

Spacious great room with 5:1 Blu-ray THX™ plasma wide screen home theater system with 1080p Blu-ray DVD, DVD/CD/MP3 disk, iPhone/iPod docking, 3 iPhone/iPod capable clock radios, and Pandora internet radio, as well as Netflix streaming with your account. A second flat panel HDTV with DVD and PS3 is located in the twin bedroom. A third flat panel HDTV TV with DVD is located in the queen bedroom. All systems offer Direct TV satellite service, HD package, local channels, Starz/TMC/IFC premium movie channel package. XM satellite radio is available via the Direct TV to the Blu-ray home theater system. Blu-ray DVD, DVD, PS3 Game Library, and book library.

Additional amenities include central AC/H, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, broadband wireless/wired internet, stereo/CD and phones with free unlimited domestic long distance calling.

The exterior offers a screened porch with hammock swing, spacious open deck with dining table with umbrella, fish cleaning bench, outside H/C shower and foot shower. Boat storage/parking underneath house.
