3 bedrooms: 1 w/King, 1 w/Queen and 1 with Twin and Pyramid Bunk (twin on top/double on bottom). 2 full baths with tubs/showers.

Amenities include: wireless internet access, central AC/H, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, phone, 2 satellite TV's, DVD/VCR and stereo/CD. The exterior offers sound front deck, enclosed outdoor H/C shower, dock with ladder, fish bench - no water and no hose is available at the fish bench. Park Style charcoal grill. Depth at the end of the dock anticipated to be 30-40".

Hooligan Sunset now has City Water.

All Linens are Provided. No Pets and No Smoking Please. Maximum occupancy is set at 7 people, including children and parking is limited to of 3-4 vehicles. No Partial Stays.
