The spacious, well appointed open living, dining and kitchen areas are complimented by a second floor loft offering a comfortable sitting area with TV. This bright, airy home offers a private residential setting with expansive views of the marsh, sunrise and sunset - all from a large, screened porch and deck. Secluded, yet within biking distance of shops, galleries, restaurants and Silver Lake Harbor.
Three bedrooms: 1 w/King, 1 w/Queen, 1 w/Double, 2 baths.
Amenities include master bedroom w/private bath, wireless and wired internet access, 5 cable TVs with Showtime (one 46" plasma) - a TV in every bedroom. VCR/DVD, Nintendo Wii game system in second floor den (bring your favorite games!), Bose CD wave radio with IPod dock, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, washer/dryer, central AC/heat, ceiling fans, phone, clock radios, board games/puzzles. Second floor loft-style den.
The exterior offers several decks, including a large side deck (new for 2011 season), rooftop deck, picnic table, screened porch, roomy hot/cold outside shower and fish cleaning bench.
No Linens. No Pets. NON-SMOKING. Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit of 3 vehicles.

We stayed in Instant Karma, what a beautiful home. Thanks for allowing us to stay in such a wonderful place. We love coming to the island and going to the beach, fishing, sea shelling, eating out. Jimmy Seafood Buffet and Howards Pub super food. It was a wonderful stay and lots of memories were made. May God bless all of you on the island that made our trip so nice.

This was the first visit to your wonderful home and the 13th year trip to Ocracoke. The weather was great and we had many nights looking at the stars & sunsets from the deck. We spent time sun bathing at the beach, riding our bikes around town and shopping at the shops. The house was very quiet and clean and was the perfect size for my family. Third year in Instant Karma. Love this cozy home! New bathroom floors look nice. Brought a pontoon boat this year and took it out on the sound. Caught quite a few small fish and several keepers. Enjoyed fishing in the peaceful harbor. Always say we want to come back to fish in October but haven't made it happen yet. Week went by too fast as always. Seemed to be a lot more traffic this year. Instant Karma was a delightful home for us this year. The decor was beautiful as well as the arrangement of the rooms. For two of us, 2010 marks our fifth vacation on Ocracoke. This island provided many relaxing moments for us-delightful beaches which are free of crowds and full of shells, an abundance of restaurants to sample seafood and interesting shops in which to buy pottery, jewelry, and sandals. First time in this house-just the two of us, so plenty roomy. Been coming to Ocracoke for about 25 years now-can't get here enough. This year we came Easter, this week and we are back with our 2 grandsons in August. Love to stay at different properties and this place is awesome. Great weather! Second year in Instant Karma and love the cozy home! Love the new TV and rearranged living room. Went fishing several times at south point, caught small fish but not keepers. Love the soft blankets here! Enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch. The outdoor shower is nice and big. Wish we could stay longer! Howards has fantastic crab cakes.
