Enjoy a shallow water pier with built-in seating and stairs to the water. Perfect for kayaking, swimming or a small flat bottom skiff.
Four bedrooms: (3) w/Queen, (1) w/Queen + twin, and a loft with three twins. 3 ½ baths.
Central A/C and heat, ceiling fans, 2 full size refrigerators - one w/ icemaker, mini refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and washer/dryer. Internet access (wired), 4 cable TVs with Cinemax, HBO, Showtime and The Movie Channel, 2VCR's, 2 DVD's,stereo system with surround sound home theater system, CD player, book library, telephone, answering machine, iron and ironing board, clock radios and puzzles/board games.
Sheets Provided (no towels).
The exterior offers 2 comfortable porches. Relax in the hammock on the covered waterfront porch or enjoy the swing in the screened porch. A pier with shallow water access is suitable for flat bottom skiff only, but great for kayaking and/or swimming. Enjoy the convenience of steps from the pier down to the water!
Outdoor shower, picnic table, park style charcoal grill, hammock, fish cleaning bench, horse shoe pit, ring toss, beach umbrella and boogie boards. 2 bicycles.
Island Daze now offers City Water.
Dogs allowed- 2 small dogs only. No Smoking. Maximum 10 people, including children. No Partial Week Stays.
