The Main House is two bedrooms: (1) w/Double and (1) w/ Bunk bed. Sleeper sofa. One full bath (shower only). Maximum occupancy for the main house is 4.
There is an extra available sleeping area "The Barn." The Barn is located above the garage (in a separate building) offering 3 twins and one half bath and providing an additional maximum occupancy for 3 people. *If both units are rented, there is an additional $100/wk charge with maximum total occupancy 7, including children. Please call our office on (252) 928-6261 if you would like to add "The Barn" to your reservation.
Large A/C unit, NO HEAT, ceiling fan, wireless internet access, microwave, phone, large kitchen/dining/living area with French doors leading onto the screened porch. NO TELEVISION. NO HEAT. NO WASHER/DRYER. NO DISHWASHER.
The exterior offers a large screened porch with picnic tables, deck swing and ample seating. Decks. Outdoor shower.
