Master bedroom has a King size bed. 1 bathroom with shower only. Futon in living area.
An enclosed room under the house, with exterior entrance only contains the washer/dryer.
Amenities include wall AC/H, four burner stove top and toaster oven (NO FULL SIZE OVEN), full size refrigerator, microwave, waffle maker, crock pot, washer/dryer, 2 Satellite TV's, DVD, book library, clock radio, hair dryers, waffle maker, board games/puzzles, stereo and phone. No Dishwasher. The exterior offers a screened porch, small deck, park style charcoal grill and outdoor hot/cold shower.
No Smoking. No Linens. Pets welcome - no pet fee (maximum 2 pets). Maximum 3 people, including children. Limit 2 cars.
