This unique three story home is spacious and comfortable offering a generous selection of outdoor and indoor living areas. The lower level features bedrooms, a living area and bath. The second floor features a large kitchen, living and dining area ideal for large family gatherings and an additional bedroom and bath. A third floor recreation room offers a popular getaway for both children and adults. Vacationers requiring an office area can retreat to the third floor office space.
This large home is conveniently located, a short walk or bike ride to Silver Lake Harbor, shops, galleries, restaurants and a favorite morning trip to the coffee shop.

We had another great Ocracoke week (10 plus years and counting). This house provides great spaces, great views and nice wildlife (ducks, egrets, kingfishers). We thank Rex and Miggy for letting us stay in their house and we hope to be back in 2009 and beyond. This week was another great week in Ocracoke. Thanks to this AMAZING house. The game room was fun (as always). The kitchen was great for cooking (as it always is). The table and bar sat everyone and it was perfect. The beautiful view, the game room and porches. It was all great. Hope to be here in this house next year. We had our "Little Bit of Heaven" this week and enjoyed it very much. Having the kayaks and canal access was wonderful, as was the distance to the Coffee Shop by foot. The house gives people nice spaces to gather and/or escape to. --

Little Bit of Heaven Rocks!! Your house is AWESOME!! I love the game room. It is so much fun up there. And the view of the sound is beautiful! My family loves it and I love it. The ducks have been around, but Aflac (the white duck) wasn't. We saw some cute baby ducks too! Thanks for letting me spend time in your totally cool house.
