Two waterfront Ocracoke Island townhouses located on picturesque Silver Lake with a spectacular view of the harbor/sunset from their balconies and living areas. Tastefully arranged and decorated, these homes offer something special for the island guest.
Each unit has: 2 bedrooms each w/1 Queen and a sleeper sofa in living area. 1 Bedroom offers a TV and DVD. 2 ½ baths (jacuzzi in master bath).
Reverse floor plan offers a spacious and open living room/kitchen/dining area, central AC/heat, dishwasher, microwave, telephone, color cable TV, VCR, stereo, washer/dryer and gas fireplace. The exterior offers a hot/cold shower, covered parking and storage, boat dockage on Silver Lake Harbor that allows for easy access to Pamlico Sound. (One boat slip per unit please). The dock also features a fish cleaning station and sun deck perfect for kayakers too.
DOG FRIENDLY, dogs only (maximum 1 dog allowed). No additional pet fee.
No Linens. No Smoking Inside - Smoking allowed in outside areas ONLY.
Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit of 2 vehicles.
