 Mc Williams Landing offers two waterfront Ocracoke Island townhouses located on picturesque Silver Lake with a spectacular view of the harbor and sunsets from their balconies and living areas. Tastefully arranged and decorated, these homes offer something special for the island guest.

You will truly enjoy yourself in this comfortable, spacious Island home. McWilliam's Landing II boasts incredible views of Silver Lake Harbor and our signature Ocracoke sunsets from both the first and second floor decks. Very centrally located, McWilliam's Landing is an easy walk or bike ride to many village activities, shops, galleries and restaurants.

McWilliams II has 2 master bedrooms each with its own private bath on the first floor. One bedroom has a King sized bed and the other has a Queen sized bed. In addition there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in living area. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and the Queen bedroom also has a DVD player. 2 ½ baths total with the extra ½ bath located on the second floor. Whirlpool tub in master bath.

The reverse floor plan offers a spacious and open living room/kitchen/dining area and takes advantage of the incredible views. McWilliam's Landing also has central heat and air conditioning, Wireless Internet Access, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, 3 cable TV's, 2 DVD's, full sized washer and dryer and gas fireplace private storage area for your coolers fishing poles and beach gear under the house.

The exterior offers a hot/cold shower, covered parking for 2 vehicles and private keyed storage shed under the house for your coolers, beach gear and fishing poles.

Boat dockage on Silver Lake Harbor that allows for easy access to Pamlico Sound. One boat slip per unit please. The dock also features a fish cleaning station and sun deck perfect for kayakers too.

DOG FRIENDLY. DOGS ONLY (MAXIMUM 1 DOG ALLOWED). No additional pet fee.

No Smoking -. Smoking allowed in outside areas ONLY.

Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit 2 vehicles maximum.

Partial week stays of less than a week (3 night minimum) are welcomed at this Outer Banks vacation rental and may be booked within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date.
