Two waterfront Ocracoke Island townhouses located on picturesque Silver Lake with a spectacular view of the harbor/sunsets from their balconies and living areas. Tastefully arranged and decorated, these homes offer something special for the island guest.
Each unit has: 2 bedrooms each w/1 Queen and a sleeper sofa in living area. 1 bedroom offers a TV. 2 ½ baths (jacuzzi in master bath).
Reverse floor plan offers spacious living/dining areas, central air/heat, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, color cable TV, VCR/DVD, washer/dryer and gas fireplace.
The exterior offers a hot/cold shower, covered parking and storage. The unit has a boat dock on Silver Lake Harbor that allows for easy access to Pamlico Sound. One boat slip per unit. The dock also features a fish cleaning station and sun deck perfect for kayakers too.
No Linens. Dogs welcome (limit 1 dog only) - no additional fee. No Smoking. Smoking allowed in outside areas ONLY.
Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit of 2 vehicles.
Allows partial week stays, 3 night minimum, booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date. Please call for reservations of partial week stays.
