The casual interior features beautiful tile floors for your carefree vacation.

Central AC/H, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 cable TV's with HBO, (TV in living area and each bedroom), VCR/DVD, phone, wireless internet access, stereo and iron (no ironing board).

The exterior offers a screened porch, wrap around deck, picnic table, charcoal grill, outside hot & cold shower and fish bench.

Sheets and Towels provided.

Pets welcome - no pet fee (maximum 2 pets). No Smoking. Maximum 6 people, including children.

Partial week stays of less than a week (3 night minimum) are welcomed at this Ocracoke vacation home and may be booked within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date. You may either call the office at 877-646-2822 to book your partial week stay or you may book online under the nightly tab on this property page.

Guests of Northern Pond receive discounted rentals of a Golf Cart and Scooters at Wheelie Fun Scooter Rentals. Advance reservations recommended. Delivery to Northern Pond is available. Please call (252) 921-0121 for details and reservations.

Loved the screened in back porch, which is where I spent most of my time with a book and glass of iced tea. My two Chihuahua's Daisy Mae age 11yrs and Stella Marie age 2yrs loved the nice grass in the back yard. They also enjoyed laying out on the screened in porch. Hope to stay on Ocrocoke Island again.

Thank you for another great year! This was our first time at this house and we really like it!! Our 2 year old daughter had a blast and our 7 year old lab too! Another year. Another magical trip to Ocracoke! Rex and Miggy - we love your house - It is bright and open and cheery. Our dog Luke feels right at home and so do we. We so enjoy the view of the sound from the porch which is where we spend our mornings drinking coffee. Luke and Sable have become friends now! We so wish we had more than one week here every summer. We look forward to it all year. Starting today we will begin another count down to next summer. Thank you for providing such a homey place for us to stay on our wonderful little island! I had the best time ever on Ocracoke with my Mom and my best friend Amy! My favorite part of your wonderful home was the front porch. I liked watching the ducks (by the way, I am a 13 ½ year old golden retriever. My Mom says I am perfect). Thanks for allowing me to be part of vacation time! We all had fun and I know this because we are taking home a lot more than we came with. Mom loves to shop! Good food, good drink, good times and perfect beach. We hope to return to Northern Pond. This has been a fabulous week. We love our trips to Ocracoke and we loved staying in your lovely house. The size, the location, the dog friendliness. It has been perfect. The weather has been great. Our big golden retriever Lyle loves the porches, the ducks and the cool tile floors. He also loves the beach as much as we do. It is our 3rd year in a row at Northern Pond. As usual, we feel right at home and our dog Stanley absolutely loves it. Please keep this house available for rent. We absolutely love it. Wouldn't change a thing. We have never gone anywhere else where we feel as relaxed and comfortable on vacation.
