The exterior offers a covered porch, screened porch with picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning station.
NO CITY WATER. Filtered and chlorinated harvested rainwater which could be limited during extreme drought conditions. Dispensed bottled water provided.
