 This unique vacation home is located on Ocracoke Island, NC. Operating as a Bed & Breakfast in the spring and fall seasons, Oscar's House is available as a private rental in the SUMMER SEASON ONLY. This comfortable historic house is artistic and located within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, shops, galleries and many fine restaurants.

4 Bedrooms: Located upstairs are two bedrooms, each with their own private ½ bath. One of these rooms has a Queen bed, and the other has a Queen and a Twin. On the first floor is one bedroom with a Queen and private ½ bath another bedroom offers 2 Twins and its own in-room access to the hallway full bath. Oscar's House also offers one of Ocracoke's famous, large outdoor hot and cold showers - a real treat after coming off the beach! Total of 4 bedrooms with 1 full bath and three ½ baths. 3 Queens and 3 Twins.

Amenities include central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fans, microwave, dishwasher, large kitchen with Vulcan gas stove, high speed DSL wireless internet access, color cable TV with Cinemax, HBO and Showtime, DVD and VCR built in, VHS, DVD and book library, piano, board games and puzzles to help the days go by, telephone. Full sized washer and dryer and iron.

The exterior offers a deck & dining area, charcoal grill, LARGE HOT/COLD OUTDOOR SHOWER, hammock, bike rack and fish cleaning bench.

Pets are not allowed and No Smoking Please! Maximum occupancy is set at 8 people, including children and there is a limit of 4 vehicles of moderate size.

This home does not provide linens. Linens, bikes, beach gear and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Please visit "Beach Outfitters Rentals" under our Rentals tab.

Partial week stays of less than a week (3 night minimum) may be available with prior approval of this property's owner. Partial week stays may be available within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date. Please call the office at 877-646-2822 to arrange with our staff the reservation of a partial week stay at this property.
