Penguin Palace is located on the first floor of this duplex on the corner of British Cemetery Road and Back Road. Offers a convenient location for walks to Silver Lake Harbor. A short walk or bike ride to island shopping, galleries and restaurants.

Two bedrooms: (1) with a Queen and (1) with Double and Twin. Queen size sleeper sofa in living area. One full bathroom.

Amenities include wireless internet access, central AC/heat, shared washer/dryer, smooth top range, portable dishwasher, microwave, telephone, answering machine, 32" flat panel cable TV w/VCR/DVD and stereo w/CD/cassette. High chair and pack-n-play.
