 Perwinkle Too is the Two Story Rear accommodation of this two unit duplex.

Enjoy spacious rooms, cathedral ceilings, three decks and plenty of windows and sliding doors.

Two bedrooms (one loft bedroom upstairs with private bath and one bedroom downstairs). Each bedroom offers a Queen size bed. A twin rollaway bed is offered for flexible sleeping arrangements. Two baths. The first floor bath offers a whirlpool tub. The second floor master bath offers a shower.

Amenities include central AC/heat, ceiling fans, microwave. Cable TV, DVD and stereo.

A shared washer and dryer is available in a ground level laundry room.

Picnic table in the rear yard and a gas grill on the lower level deck. No Outdoor Shower.

NON SMOKING. No phone or dishwasher. Pet friendly - 1 dog only - no cats allowed. Limit of 4 people. Parking for 2 vehicles only.

This home does not provide linens. Linens, bikes, beach gear and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Please visit "Beach Outfitters Rentals" under our Rentals tab.

Partial week stays of less than a week (3 night minimum) are welcomed at this Outer Banks vacation rental and may be booked within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date.
