The exterior offers covered parking, a shared park style charcoal grill and outside shower.

Each condo has a deck that overlooks Silver Lake Harbor and offers harbor and sunset views. Deep water docking with electricity and water is available with each unit. One boat per unit. Fish cleaning station.
