Description

Spend relaxing vacation time on the spacious screened front porch. Relax in the porch swing or eat meals outdoors. This comfortable cottage is great for a small family. Located just a short stroll from the coffee shop, you will also enjoy a convenient walk or bike ride to shops, galleries, restaurants and Silver Lake Harbor. For your pet, there is a small fenced rear yard.

2 bedrooms, 1 w/Queen and 1 w/Double. Double Sleeper Sofa in living area. 2 full baths.

Wood floors, A/C units, gas heat, ceiling fans, cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo w/CD player, wireless internet access, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and phone.

The exterior offers a screened porch, H/C outside shower and small fenced back yard.

No Linens. Dogs welcome - no pet fee (maximum 1 large dog or 2 small dogs). No Smoking. Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit of 2 vehicles.
