Perfect for extra visitors requiring their own space, or for a couple longing for the special setting typically reserved for the 'larger' vacation homes. Provides the luxuries of 'Sounds Perfect', just in a smaller version. One loft bedroom with Queen, plus queen futon in living area, 1 bath, central AC/heat, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans, deck, screened porch, H/C outdoor shower, phone, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, and stereo. NO CITY WATER; filtered and chlorinated harvested rainwater. Sunday to Sunday.

Linens provided for bedroom and 2 people only (linen/towel rental available for futon and additional people if needed).
No Pets. No Smoking. Limit of 4 people. Limit of 2 vehicles. Allows Partial Stays.
