If you are looking for the relaxing Ocracoke Island lifestyle, this newly built Outer Banks vacation home is ready to welcome you. You don't even need to leave your dog behind-it's pet friendly! Thoughtfully designed, this single floor plan home is furnished for your comfort-- from the reclining sofas, reclining oversized chair and year-round electric fireplace in the main living area, the soundproofing in the shared bedroom/LR wall, the TV in the kitchen, to the fenced-yard access from the back screened porch (no need to leave the house to walk the dog!). Ride your bike to Silver Lake Harbor, shopping & galleries, walk to the Ocracoke Coffee Company, playground & library, enjoy a cold drink from the 2nd refrigerator on the back screened porch, or just relax—you're on vacation!

Pet Friendly, Dogs Only. Limit of 2 dogs (no puppies please).
