DescriptionYou will truly relax in this wonderful, pet friendly home located directly on the Pamlico Sound. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunrises you will ever see from the soundside deck. Watch the birds fishing off shore, step down to the waters edge and launch your kayak, or throw a rod and try your luck at fishing. Dine around the octagonal picnic table on the soundside screened in porch and listen to the breezes as they blow across the sound and the waves as they lap against the bulkhead. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen provides great opportunities for family gatherings or time spent laughing with friends.
There are 3 Bedrooms: One master on the first floor with a Queen sized bed, and private bath with a jacuzzi tub and a stall shower. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor; 1 with a Queen sized bed and the other with a Queen sized bed and a set of bunk beds (2 twins). If needed there is also a Sleeper sofa in the living room. The second full bath with tub and shower is located in the hallway on the second floor.
Additional amenities for you comfort include wireless/wired internet access, central air conditioning and heat, several ceiling fans, a dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer, microwave, satellite TV in the living room, a DVD and VCR player, a stereo/CD/tape player, many board games and puzzles to help fill the days and nights, and a phone.
The exterior offers one of Ocracoke's favorite amenities the hot and cold outdoor shower which is located on the first floor deck. Soundview also boasts a spacious screened porch complete with a unique octagonal picnic table, several decks including one large deck directly facing the sound, a park style charcoal grill perfect for cooking the days catch, covered parking, and fish bench complete with running water and a sink located under the house. Stairway into Pamlico Sound.

Pets are allowed with a $150 fee and a Maximum of 2 pets are allowed please. No Smoking Please. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, including children and there is a Limit of 2 vehicles.
Partial stays of less than a week are welcomed and may be booked within 2 weeks of your desired arrival date. You may either call the office at 877-646-2822 to book your partial week stay or you may book online under the nightly tab on this property page.
** Please note, There is a HOT TUB located on the back deck that IS NOT FUNCTIONAL**
