Kitchen fully equipped w/microwave and dishwasher. Central AC/heat, ceiling fans throughout, wireless internet access, 2 cable TV's, 2 VCR's, 2 DVD's, DVD and book library, iPod docking station, stereo, telephone, washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Extras include highchair, pack-and-play, outlet covers and 2 child safety gates for stairs.
The exterior offers decks and screened porch, picnic table, park style charcoal grill, porch swing, hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench and bulkhead with ladder to access water.
