Originally the kitchen extension for the William D Ballance home it was originally constructed in the early 20th Century. Just a short walk from the cottage is a private dock on Silver Lake Harbor perfect for tying up your boat (up to 21') or viewing the sunset over the harbor. Great for kayaking too. This two room, one bath cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple.

One bedroom with a Queen sized bed and 1 Bath with a shower only.



Additional amenities include AC/heat, ceiling fans, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, wireless internet access, books, radio, telephone, microwave and other small appliances. No washer/dryer, no dishwasher.

For your outdoor enjoyment, "The L" offers an expansive lawn area, deck, picnic table, screened porch, gas grill and hot/cold outside shower. Parking for boat trailer.

All Linens are provided. No Pets and No Smoking Please (smoking on outside deck only). The L has a maximum occupancy of 2 people, including children and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the L. It was very clean and comfortable. We also really loved the location. It was very quiet and private, yet only a short walk away from the village. We definitely will come here again and rent with OIR,and we will, and already have recommeded OIR to friends and family!! -- The HOllands
