3 Bedrooms total; (1) w/2 Double beds and (1) w/2 sets of bunk beds are located on the first floor, both with access to the first floor back deck. The third bedroom is a Queen and is located on the second floor with access to a screened porch. Additional sleeping space is available on the Sleeper Sofa located in the second floor living room. 2 full baths. Unique artwork adorns the walls, and nicely compliments this contemporary home. The open living room/kitchen/dining area is great for family get-togethers.

Additional amenities include, Central heat and AC, ceiling fans, dishwasher, full-sized washer and dryer, microwave, 4 cable TV's, 2 VCR's, 2 DVD's, wireless internet access, phone and stereo/CD/tape. Please call to confirm Internet availability in the Off Season.

The exterior offers two screened porches and several deck areas including a comfortably furnished rooftop deck. Enjoy cooking on the park style charcoal grill or wash off after a long day at the beach in the ever popular Hot and Cold outside shower - an Island favorite!

My family fell in love with Zel's Point in 2000 and we have been coming back ever since. First, there is the magnificent view, visible from many rooms, the decks and porches. One never tires of it. Additionally, the house is very attractive, livable and comfortable. Friends who have visited us there have rented it themselves in subsequent years. We have been happy there, and highly recommend to others

A fantastic way to spend our 35th wedding anniversary - enjoying the peace and beautiful views from this house! Lots of wind and rain the first half of the week and ending with gentle winds, starry skies, and brillant blue seas. Thanks for another year of lovely memories to cherish always.
