We absolutely loved this home! It was so spacious and we appreciated the 2 king & 1 queen bed ( all super comfy) versus other rental options with twins or bunks. The outdoor shower is Awesome- private & convenient with a close entrance to the house. There was not a hammock like the pictures showed, but we were too busy at the beach, anyway. The AC unit was new and worked great, even upstairs! The kitchen could use a few supplies; large mixing bowls (only had 1), colander (only had a broken plastic one), large casserole or cake pans (there wasnt one) & a few Tupperware. Usually we bring these but always find we didnt actually need to; (this was a first time we didnt have them available). The cabinets were organized though, and not over filled with useless kitchen supplies, which provided lots of space for food storage. We also appreciated the large pantry. The trees in the grilling area need to be cut back. We watered the area before grilling (to prevent fire). We usually rent a different house each visit t"

Beachbreak was an awesome house! Perfect for our group of four! We loved the outdoor shower and screened in porch. The beds were comfy, good shower pressure, and very clean! The hammock area needs some TLC, as does the ceiling fan in the queen room-but other than those few minor details-the House was amazing and I would recommend to a friend!"

We stayed in Beachbreak for a week in June. The house was absolutely perfect for us! The location was quiet. We loved how we could pull our bikes and golf cart under the house so they didn't get rained on. The living area has a nice layout. We were not cramped at all with 8 people. The kitchen is nicely equipped. We enjoyed the screened porch every evening. The outdoor shower is amazing. It was nice to have a washer/dryer available. This house has it all!"
