This two-story condo is located in the heart of Ocracoke village within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, shops, galleries, and restaurants. The new location of Ocracoke Oyster Company is just footsteps from the front door.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: Primary bedroom with Queen, private bath with tub/shower, and private deck. The second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk with Queen, Twin XL above, and a Twin XL Trundle, TV. This home offers flexible sleeping options but does not allow occupancy over the 4 person limit. The hallway bath has a shower and washer/dryer. A Full-Size Sofa Bed is located in the living area.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, 1 HD TV, and an HD TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen offers a K-Cup Coffee Maker. Stack washer/dryer.

Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk.

The exterior offers a first and second floor covered deck. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open April 15 through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills are available.

No Smoking/Vaping. Pet-Friendly - The owner, prefers a limit of 1 Large or 2 Small Pets. Maximum of 2 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

New for 2024:
No Cable TV will be provided. TV's will be streaming only. Bring your own smart TV app subscriptions. As of May 1, 2024 Amazon Firesticks will be available on the TV's

"Lovely condo; super well appointed; quiet time of year so it was lovely. "

"Everything was great with our stay with the exception of one thing. Check in being at 5pm is ridiculous and in addition, we didn't even get in until 5:15pm because they weren't done cleaning. If check-out is 10am and check-in is 5pm, that gives 7 hours to clean. Additionally, if the previous person did what they were supposed to that means like me they stripped the beds, took out the trash and left the condo "as you found it". "

"July 2016 Stay - We really enjoyed the Boyette Condo 1B. We would have enjoyed it more if it had wifi, because our phone service/data doesn't work in Ocracoke. So- we were unable to check out using your OIR app or get any messages to you unless we drove to your building. The condo itself was clean and in a great location. It had all the cooking essentials- pots, pans, silverware etc.. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo to others-who don't have phone/internet service issues in Ocracoke, of course! Thanks for everything! "
