The reviews listed below are out of date. The venetian blinds in the living room and kitchen have been replaced with curtains and drapes. The blinds in the other rooms are fine. The TVs are not flat screen sets, but have perfect pictures and sound and all receive cable. Of course we dont visit Ocracoke to play Xbox games anyway. The beds now have memory foam pads so the comments on the mattresses are invalid in my opinion. We experienced no maintenance issues. One last point on those comments is that all of the positive attributes of the unit were ignored.Viewers on this site cannot see the comments left in the guest books in the condo. I wish you could. My wife and I have used this condo four different times over the last few years and have read the guest books prior to writing our own comments. I cannot recall a single negative comment in any of the guest books. "
