This cottage is perfect for small families or friends. Enjoy the uniqueness of two separate cottage wings joined by a large screened porch. Each wing offers its living, dining, kitchen areas, bedrooms, and bathroom.

The front section of the cottage offers a large open living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and electric stove, one bedroom with a Queen bed and TV, and a Daybed in the alcove den. One full bath with shower. Guests will enjoy the front screened porch.
The rear section offers a smaller living area with Sleeper Sofa, kitchen with gas stove (no dishwasher), two bedrooms, each with a pyramid bed (double on bottom/twin on top). Full bath with tub/shower and washer/dryer.
Amenities include two kitchens, dishwasher (in front section), washer/dryer (rear section), two microwaves, complimentary wireless internet access, three cable TVs. 2 DVD players.
Central air conditioning/heat.
The exterior offers two screened porches, an open deck, a hot/cold outdoor shower, a picnic table, and a fish cleaning bench with water. Enclosed rear yard with four ft. fencing, perfect for the family pet.

Great rental! Works very well for multi-family. Great screened in porches, and unit was very clean. We had an issue with not being able to find the key to the back unit when we arrived, but one call to the realtor and they had it fixed in no time at all. Very pleased with the realtor and the rental!!"

Very comfortable stay and both units were clean. Suggestions: WiFi does not reach the back unit. This should be upgraded. The shower in the back unit has a drip that needs repair. Also suggest placing a screen under the floor of the porch which adjoins both units to reduce mosquitoes. Would definitely stay again provided these issues are addressed and provided we travel back to Ocracoke. "
