The Back House offers a pleasant walk or bike ride to Silver Lake Harbor, coffee shops, and restaurants. Featuring a reverse floor plan, The Back House provides a private setting located at the rear of a large property on Back Road.

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: Bedroom with a Queen bed. Bedroom with two Twins. Full bath with shower only.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 1 Roku TV with apps. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized stove, and a coffee maker. Washer/Dryer (located in laundry shed).

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers a deck with seating, a dining table, and an electric grill. Small screened porch. Outdoor hot/cold shower.

No dishwasher.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking. Maximum parking for two cars only.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

"Relaxing - We found rustic charm here and a snippet of a simpler way of life. We came in early Spring, when the weather still made access to and from the island unpredictable, but our stay was quite relaxing. There was an issue with property at first, but the management company took our call on a weekend and the owners quickly fixed it: Steve and Marty, are lovely people."
