This was our first time renting a condo. This condo was cozy, well furnished and very clean. We had all essentials needed. We loved the pool and the vicinity to Ocracoke village. The living room rug was the softest and thickest rug I have ever felt. Parking was pretty cramped as the renters of the other condos all had large trucks and SUVs. We had to call maintenance one time and they arrived within a half an hour and fixed our small issue. "
