A first-floor sunroom features a wall of windows facing the marsh with views of the canal.

"This house was great. Beautifully furnished and rehabbed. The creek is small and tidal which offered a bounty of wildlife for us to observe. Lots of quiet space, yet a nice living room and dining room for gathering for meals and games. Ocracoke Island is a special place. "

We loved staying here, right on the canal, AND within close proximity to everything we were looking to do. The canal is amazing! Get some kayaks and go on an extraordinary adventure. You won't be disappointed. The house is perfect. Beds are acceptable. Kitchen is adequately supplied. Lots of room. This may be our regular stay each year we visit Ocracoke (...and we've been to Ocracoke 7-8 times now). This is a great house for the money. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!"

"Very pleasant visit! - All good. Small glitch locating someone to get us the bedding and then a problem with the keypad, but real estate office was very quick to respond. Property VERY clean, neighborhood quiet. Everything newly remodeled and nice. Kitchen well-stocked."
